Dr Charlie Hargood

I am a Senior Lecturer in Games Technology at Bounremouth University and a visiting fellow in the WAIS research group in ECS at Southampton. My research interests include Narrative Systems, Digital Storytelling, Games Design, Hypertext, and Ubiquitous Technology, and I am a regular contributor to the ACM Hypertext conference.

Research interests

My PhD was in Semiotic term expansion and Thematic Models for Narrative Systems and much of my research interests are connected to Narrative Systems, Digital Storytelling, and Hypertext. I also have been involved in research projects for learning repositories, and am currently working in mobile delivery of behavioural psychology interventions.
