I saw these monkeys in hot springs, surrounded by snowy
mountains in Japan. They would preen each other in the water
then dry off over some warm rocks outside. The youngsters would
even swim underwater! The air temperature was well below zero...
This was in Jigokudani Onsen, near Nagano, where the winter Olympics
will be held soon.
