Internship programmes

The summer internship programme is the ideal opportunity for penultimate year students to gain an introduction to the world of banking. They begin the internship with an induction week that covers an orientation to the company and develops core skills. By working alongside full-time employees, interns gain valuable work experience and knowledge of the financial industry. During the summer, they participate in a number of educational events and receive formal feedback on their performance.

Full-time programmes

The formal training programmes begin with intensive sessions to help analysts develop the business, financial and analytical skills needed when they join their respective groups.

After formal training, each analyst takes on real responsibility in an assigned role. Training continues through informal on-the-job learning. Analysts work with and learn from teams of professionals, including senior experts in their area as well as colleagues around the globe. They have opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects that contribute to business success and next generation advances while developing a network of contacts and resources.
