Tong Bai received the B.Sc. degree in telecommunications from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China in 2013 and the M.Sc. degree in wireless communications from Univeristy of Southampton, UK, in 2014, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with Southampton Wireless group. Tong's research interest includes the performance analysis and design of wireline and wireless communication systems.


Professional activities

Reviewer of IEEE Communications Magazine. TPC member of EUSIPCO 2016, IEEE PIMRC 2017, IEEE 5G World Forum 2018 and IEEE Globecom 2018.
