Research interests

Maria is Materials Scientist, currently pursuing her PhD in the Nanotechnology Research group of the department of Electronics and Conputer Science at University of Southampton. She has an interest in the development of metal-oxide thin films for application in Electronics. Her PhD is related to doping enginnering of Resistive Random Access Memories (ReRAM), and she is incorporated in the development of oxide thin films, thin film characterisation, ReRAM device fabrication and electrical characterisation.
