In addition the different research groups have specialist areas for example on this floor there are 3 specialist labs including electronic testing, fabrication etc. In ESS in Mountbatten there is an electronic construction area and Nano have a room for characterisation and measurement so there are various specialised areas that people use. Facilities designed for the focus of the research group using it including relevant equipment and tools that a PhD student would need. Question of how much depth to go into with specific labs, but more generally describe standard student set up.
