When a chip comes back, it comes back as what’s called a silicon wafer. If you think of silicon, it’s a crystal that grows down kind of like this, and it’s sliced up into very thin slices, and these are known as silicon wafers. So on this silicon wafer, you can probably just about make out a few hundred squares. And each of these squares is one of those designs we saw on the poster a minute ago, and so one of the designs that our groups of students has put together.
