Biography Ilaria is a Ph.D student working in the field of Computer Supported Cooperative Work, Human Computer Interaction, Wikis and Web Science. Her research is focussed on improving collaborative authoring activities by enhancing users' awareness. She is developing a co-authoring wiki based system, which has novel features that do not appear in existing co-authoring web tools, including wikis.
